Bandit Guitar Repair Disclaimers and Customer Commitment
By leaving your instrument with Bandit Guitar Repair and it’s affiliates, you agree to all Shop Disclaimers and the Customer Commitment.
Prices — Online Repair Prices are the most up-to-date and will apply unless otherwise noted. Prices include most materials. We don’t nickel-and-dime, but if we uncover larger issues, additional costs may apply.
Estimates — After inspection, you’ll receive a written estimate with cost, timeline, and a copy of our policies. We stick to estimates whenever possible. If new issues arise, we’ll contact you before doing extra work or charging more.
Delayed Pick up / Abandoned Instruments —
Each instrument not picked up within 7 days of completion and delivery to Drop Off Location will incur a $5/day storage fee.
After 30 days with no contact or arrangement, instruments may be returned to Bandit Guitar Repair from Drop Off Location as storage fees continue.
After 60 days with no contact or arrangement, instruments may be considered abandoned and sold to recover parts, storage, and labor costs.
30-Day Adjustment Period — If issues come up related to a recent repair, contact Bandit within 30 days of completion to coordinate a fix.
Customer Commitment
— To keep the shop running smoothly, we require the following:
Bring two sets of your own strings. If we supply them, an 10% upcharge may apply.
All instruments must be in a case. No case = no drop-off.
Invoices must be paid in full before pickup or return to a drop-off location. Storage fees (if any) must be paid before release.
